Day One Creator

Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Day One Creator collects, why, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., together with cookies and your browser's local storage. Meta, as a third party, can collect or receive information from this website through them: the pages you view, when you start a checkout, purchases and their amount, the ad link you arrived from, and technical details such as your browser, device and IP address. We and Meta use this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited this site. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta.

How to opt out:

Why we use it

To deliver the product and its updates, run the Pro channel review, answer questions, process refunds, prevent fraud, measure our ads and meet legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with

Razorpay processes payments. Meta receives ad-measurement data if the Meta Pixel is active. Google provides our email and file delivery. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, complete or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Day One Creator is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Questions and grievances

Email [email protected] with "Grievance" in the subject line.
